In the video, which was shared widely through Imran Khan’s official X account (formerly Twitter), Bushra Bibi statement in video. She claimed that after Imran Khan’s trip to Madina, Saudi Arabia, former Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa received calls suggesting that Pakistan should distance itself from Imran Khan, labeling him an “Israeli agent.”

Bibi went on to allege that certain factions within the Pakistani establishment were involved in undermining Khan’s leadership, with Saudi Arabia reportedly playing a role in influencing the political situation in Pakistan. Her remarks have sparked a backlash, with the political opposition and government officials calling them baseless and accusing her of fueling political instability, which adds a heat to PTI Protest.

In response to these allegations, General Qamar Javed Bajwa and his family have publicly denied the claims. Sources close to the former army chief have firmly rejected the accusations, labeling them “completely false” and asserting that such statements are unfounded and “baseless” to even argue about. The denial comes amidst growing controversy surrounding the military’s involvement in the political sphere and PTI’s accusations of manipulation by the establishment.

Bushra Bibi Denies Misinterpretation of Her Words

As the backlash continued to grow, Bushra Bibi issued a clarification. She emphasized that her words were misunderstood and that she never intended to accuse the Saudi government of any wrongdoing. She expressed regret over the interpretation of her statement by the opposition party, Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), which had used her comments to further fuel political division. In her latest clarification, Bibi stated, “I did not mean what was understood by the Muslim League, and I deny any malicious interpretation of my words.”

Government Prepares for Potential Chaos

The government, meanwhile, is taking drastic measures to prevent any disruption that might arise from PTI’s planned protests. Law enforcement officials have implemented Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which prohibits large gatherings and public protests in certain areas. On the night of November 22, PTI’s Shair Afzal Marwat released a video urging the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) to mobilize in large numbers. Marwat reiterated his previous call for 30,000 people from KPK, particularly Pashtuns, to come to Islamabad to support Imran Khan’s cause. “The time has come for the people of KPK to rise and make good on my promise,” he stated. His words reflect the heightened urgency within the PTI camp as the protests gain momentum.

However, within PTI’s ranks, there is growing dissatisfaction and mistrust towards the Chief Minister of KPK, ALI AMEEN Gandapur. Several PTI members have expressed concerns that Gandapur is not a strong enough leader and that he has abandoned party workers in previous protests.
